Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Partnership Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This involves identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, coordinating joint campaigns, and analyzing performance to optimize results. They also build and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on brand values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Identification and Outreach:

Identifying and evaluating potential partners based on strategic alignment and mutual benefit.

Negotiation and Agreement:

Drafting and negotiating partnership agreements, ensuring clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

Campaign Coordination:

Managing the execution of joint marketing campaigns, including developing materials, coordinating logistics, and tracking progress.

Relationship Management:

Maintaining regular communication with partners, addressing questions, providing updates, and fostering strong relationships.

Performance Analysis:

Tracking and analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on key metrics.

Budget Management:

Managing the budget for partnership marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Reporting and Documentation:

Creating reports on partnership activities, maintaining records, and contributing to a centralized repository of partnership information.

Collaboration:

Working closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, etc.) and external partners to ensure seamless execution of partnership activities.

Content Creation:

Developing marketing materials including social media content, posts etc.

Strategic Planning:

Contributing to the development of partnership marketing strategies and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:

Essential for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners.

Strong project management skills:

Needed to plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns effectively.

Analytical and problem-solving skills:

Required to analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven strategies.

Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies:

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices:

Understanding of different marketing channels, strategies, and tactics.

Experience in B2B marketing:

Preferred, as partnership marketing often involves working with other businesses.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in marketing or a related field

Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

- 9am - 5pm (In person)

Wednesday

- 9am - 5pm (Remotely)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,500.00 per year
