About the Role:Cross functional subject matter expert who will create operational efficiencies and assist in driving sales of assigned vendor lines throughout multiple departments. Engage with vendor, Product Management Team, and Sales team to effectively mentor team members with the information, knowledge and tools to effectively and efficiently facilitate our vendor partners in the marketplace, enhance customer experience and achieve sales targets. Serves as an escalation point for team and identifies training opportunities for reps supporting the line(s).This position is a fixed term role with an end date of 3/25/2025.What You\'ll Do:

  • Subject matter expert for supporting vendor programs and lifecycle management
  • Understands vendor programs and pricing structure
  • Prepare and validate quotes and orders on complex vendors
  • Provide sales support and proactively work with sales team to find new opportunities
  • Prepare comprehensive opportunities for complex business requirements
  • Manage the vendor relationships at multiple levels within the vendor
  • Tests existing quote solutions and leads training for users and management
  • Determines and communicates lead time and delivery based on product availability, build lead times, etc.
  • Performs deal registration, applies pricing, creates renewal contracts (where applicable)
  • Proactively identifies volume and strategic vendor programs
  • Presents TD SYNNEX story and offerings and develops new ways to enable new business, incorporating vendor\'s full line card
  • Frequently identifies upsell/cross sell opportunities to drive incremental revenue
  • Proactively anticipate and resolve issues (i.e. supplier orders, quotes, etc.) with little oversight from management
  • Handles variety of tasks assigned by management (i.e. training, scheduling, reporting)
  • Provides vendor agnostic consultative services to inside sales reps and resellers
