Job Overview:
Coursera is expanding our Partner Success team with a Partner Engagement Manager to lead bold, high-impact campaigns that inspire our global network of university and industry partners to adopt new tools, embrace change, and stay deeply engaged. In this role, you'll help shape how partners experience some of Coursera's most important product and business transformations, applying change management principles and a deep understanding of partner needs to drive clarity, confidence and action.
As a key driver of go-to-partner engagement and communications, you'll craft strategic messaging and visually compelling assets that turn complexity into clarity. Your work will support product adoption, business shifts and partner engagement at scale. You'll collaborate with Product Marketing, Global Communications, and field teams to bring these moments to life in ways that feel clear, human and actionable.
This is a high-visibility individual contributor role that blends strategy, storytelling and execution. Success will require sharp thinking, outstanding writing and slide design skills, strong project management and the ability to align stakeholders across global teams.
