Description du poste
========================
Relevant de la Directrice adjointe, Ressources humaines, le Partenaire d'affaires RH occupe un role de soutien et de conseil aupres des employes. Ayant a coeur les besoins de ces derniers, son role est d'assurer que les valeurs et la mission de HUB soient respectees et que les differentes politiques definies par la direction soient appliquees conformement aux attentes de l'entreprise.
Ses responsabilites, sans s'y limiter, sont :
Participer activement au processus de recrutement;
Gerer les demandes d'invalidite en collaboration avec la Directrice adjointe RH;
Preparer les documents de fin d'emploi et en faire le suivi apres le depart de l'employe;
Concevoir, planifier et/ou presenter differentes formations et/ou ateliers RH;
Gerer le processus d'appreciation de la performance en collaboration avec la Technicienne RH;
Traduire differentes communications;
Gerer les programmes de reconnaissance;
Maintenir a jour la section RH du Sharepoint Le Central;
Gerer le volet relations employes en collaboration avec la Directrice adjointe RH;
Accomplir toutes autres taches ou projets connexes a la demande des membres de l'equipe executive.
Exigences du poste
Formation / Certification / Experience de travail
Diplome universitaire en Ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe;
Un minimum 5 annees d'experience dans un role similaire.
Certification CRHA, un atout
Competences techniques
Bilingue (francais/anglais) et excellente maitrise de la langue francaise, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit;
Maitrise de la suite Office.
Competences personnelles
Sens du leadership;
Sens de l'initiative;
Souci du detail;
Solides competences organisationnelles et capacite a etablir des priorites et faire des suivis;
Fait preuve de confidentialite et de discretion;

HR Business Partner

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Human Resources, the HR Business Partner plays a key role in supporting and advising employees. With a strong commitment to their needs, the HR Advisor ensures that HUB's values and mission are upheld and that company policies set by management are applied in accordance with corporate expectations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Actively participating in the recruitment process.
Managing disability claims in collaboration with the Assistant HR Director.
Preparing termination documents and ensuring follow-ups after an employee's departure.
Designing, planning, and/or delivering various HR training sessions and/or workshops.
Managing the performance review process in collaboration with the HR Technician.
Translating various communications.
Managing employee recognition programs.
Keeping the HR section of "Le Central" SharePoint up to date.
Handling employee relations in collaboration with the Assistant HR Director.
Performing any other related tasks or projects as requested by the executive team.
Job Requirements
Education / Certification / Work Experience
University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
CRHA certification is an asset.
Technical skills
Bilingual (French/English) with excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Personal skills
Strong leadership abilities.
Initiative and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow up.
Demonstrates confidentiality and discretion.
