Relevant de la vice-presidente capital humain et rayonnement, il devra assurer un role de partenariat aupres de l'ensemble des clients internes (gestionnaires et employes) permettant de contribuer de facon significative a l'atteinte de leurs enjeux et renforcer l'expertise en matiere de gestion des ressources humaines a travers l'entreprise. Le PARH agit comme agent de changement et d'influence et est un ambassadeur de la culture organisationnelle.
Responsabilites
Supporter operationnellement et strategiquement les clients internes dans l'ensemble des activites du service Ressources Humaines : l'acquisition de talents, la gestion de la performance, la formation, la planification de la main-d'oeuvre, les relations de travail, la gestion du changement et le developpement organisationnel;
Developper des relations etroites avec les gestionnaires et positionner les ressources humaines comme un partenaire d'affaires cle et un fournisseur de services a valeur ajoutee en integrant les bonnes pratiques et outils necessaires;
Traduire les enjeux d'affaires de ses clients en interventions GRH concretes sur le terrain;
Rechercher et recommander des solutions pour les problematiques liees au climat organisationnel, a la mobilisation des employes et a la consolidation d'equipe;
Conseiller et coacher les gestionnaires quant a la gestion des pratiques, des politiques et des procedures ressources humaines;
Intervenir aupres des differentes equipes afin d'assurer un environnement qui respecte nos valeurs et notre culture;
Accompagner les gestionnaires dans le choix des solutions appropriees ainsi que de l'identification des strategies requises a leur mise en place

Scolarite requise
Baccalaureat en Ressources Humaines ou Relation industrielles;
Membre de l'ordre des CRHA (un atout)
Competences techniques
Un minimum de cinq (5) ans d'experience en gestion des ressources humaines (Partenaires d'affaires, Generaliste ou role conseil);
Experience dans le secteur manufacturier (un atout)
Bilinguisme (Un atout).

Reporting to the Vice President of Human Capital and Outreach, this person will play a partnership role with all internal clients (managers and employees), contributing significantly to achieving their goals and strengthening human resources management expertise across the organization. The HR Business Partner acts as an agent of change and influence and serves as an ambassador of the organizational culture.
Responsibilities
Provide both operational and strategic support to internal clients across all Human Resources activities, including talent acquisition, performance management, training, workforce planning, labor relations, change management, and organizational development;
Build strong relationships with managers and position Human Resources as a key business partner and value-added service provider by integrating best practices and necessary tools;
Translate clients' business challenges into concrete HR interventions in the field;
Identify and recommend solutions to issues related to organizational climate, employee engagement, and team building;
Advice and coach managers on the management of HR practices, policies, and procedures;
Work with various teams to ensure an environment that aligns with our values and organizational culture;
Support managers in selecting appropriate solutions and identifying the strategies required for their successful implementation.
Job Requirements
Educational requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources or industrial Relations;
Membership in the CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) Order -- an asset
Technical Skills
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Human Resources management (as a Business Partner, Generalist, or Advisor);
Experience in the manufacturing sector (an asset);
Bilingualism (an asset).
