Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menu specifications. Assist with menu planning to accommodate dietary requirements Handle food safely and hygienically, adhering to all health regulations and sanitation protocols. Support dietary department initiatives by assisting with meal assembly and special dietary accommodations. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. Contribute to food presentation and plating to ensure appealing meal displays. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service during busy periods.

Skills

Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within the food industry or restaurant settings. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures. Previous experience in restaurant environment is beneficial Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food service delivery.
