Job description
The primary objective of the Survey Administrator is conducting interviews with homeowners to evaluate their homebuilding process with the aim of maintaining and exceeding company response rate thresholds.
You will be conducting phone interviews with potential homebuyers and homeowners for CustomerInsight and Woodland, O'Brien & Scott clients located in Canada and the USA. Good customer service phone skills are necessary.
Calling is done via a company provided computer. Reliable internet is required.
You'll be working with the production team and other staff to ensure accuracy in data collection and review.
It's a great position for someone who likes to talk on the phone and is looking for a flexible, part time work schedule. Ideal hours are afternoon and evening.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
