CASHIER / CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST ("SPIRIT GUIDE") - PART-TIME

THE ROLE

We're looking for enthusiastic, personable "Spirit Guides" to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity to be part of a young, energetic company during its growth stage and to gain hands-on experience in store operations, brand development, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll play a key role in creating exceptional in-store experiences, managing transactions, and keeping the store looking its best.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and help customers discover new products

- Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately

- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and unpacking shipments

- Prepare and package online orders

- Support private tasting events and in-store activations

- Maintain store cleanliness and organization

REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- 19 years of age or older (legal requirement)

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

- Availability to work evenings and weekends

- Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)

- Legally eligible to work in Canada

HOURS & COMPENSATION

- Part-time: 20-30 hours per week

- $18.00/hour + staff discount
