Morgan Creek Family Chiropractic is a busy, multidisciplinary clinic located in South Surrey. We are open 7 days a week and closed only on statutory holidays. We are looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.
Shift Hours
Evenings:
Monday-Friday, 5:30 PM-9:30 PM Additional availability forsick/vacation coverage
is an asset.Qualifications
1 year of receptionist experience (preferred)
Service industry experience (required)
Experience with JANE App and ICBC/WCB billing is an asset Strong communication skills:fluent in spoken and written English
Detail-oriented, personable, and able to multitask effectivelyJob Responsibilities
Warmly welcoming patients and providing information about clinic services Managing phones in a fast-paced environment Scheduling appointments and general administrative tasks Processing insurance payments Collecting and recording patient payments Managing practitioner schedules Monitoring and responding to clinic emails Light laundry duties (operating washer/dryer, folding towels) Key holder responsibilities, including closing procedures
