We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain an organized reception area and manage appointment schedules.
Provide administrative support, including data entry and document management.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Utilize Google Suite for scheduling, communication, and document creation.
Assist with customer inquiries and provide information regarding services offered.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with medical office protocols when applicable.
Skills
Proficient in proofreading to ensure high-quality communication.
Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette.
Strong knowledge of Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Experience in customer support roles with a focus on client satisfaction.
Solid administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Typing proficiency for efficient data entry and documentation.
Basic computer literacy to navigate various software applications.
Previous experience in a medical office setting is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of QuickBooks is desirable for handling financial documentation.
