As one of our Part Time Receptionist, you are first point of contact for the Dealership. Your strong interpersonal skills are integral in providing a first-class customer experience. You will also provide administrative and clerical support across the dealership. Reporting to the Executive Assistant the successful candidate for Part Time Reception will be responsible for maintaining and facilitating a productive, organized reception area. Your goal is to help both internal and external customers in a friendly way while assisting in the day-to-day operations of the dealership.
Responsibilities include:
Promptly answering a six-line switchboard in a welcoming and professional manner, You're the key person-welcoming everyone coming into the dealership; Greeting visitors and making them feel comfortable.
You are also responsible for greeting screening vendors & contractors ensuring that proper sign-in procedures are followed, and security or safety precautions are taken.
Transferring or paging to the appropriate person/department to limit multiple transfers, and make calling us a good experience for our customers
Operation and maintenance of various office machines, reporting breakdowns or issues.
Serve as the general contact to answer questions, provide information and direct internal and external customers to the appropriate person.
Accountable for complete and accurate record-keeping
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Various types of Data Entry
Integrated Process payments on a Point-of-Sale machine
Send, Receive, Sort and Distribute internal Mail, Communications or Faxes
Ensure that the reception and customer areas are tidy and free of clutter, sanitization of frequently touched surfaces in public areas
Assisting with Customer Lounge - stock/making hot beverages and popcorn
Part Time Receptions cover Monday to Thursday 4:00 pm -7:00, Fridays 3:00 PM to 7 PM and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm
Hours per week 6 - 13.5

Previous Receptionist, Customer Service, Dealership or related experiences, preferred
