Part Time Office Admin 10 Month Contract

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable person to join our office, in person. This part-time position is responsible for handling A/P tasks, filing, and other general office duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent multi-tasking abilities, strong data entry skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage accounts payable processes. Maintain accurate filing systems for financial records. Perform data entry and assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Assist with general office duties. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial data.

Qualifications:



Previous A/P or office experience is a required. Sage 50 would be an asset. Experience with data entry and basic office software (Excel, Word, etc.). Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Hours & Contract Details:



12-15 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. 10-month contract position. Hourly pay rate commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 15 per week
