Job Requirements:

Process guest arrivals and departures, including all necessary payments Answer all phone calls and make reservations, if required Run the night audit reports and resolve any issues Be responsible for safety and comfort of all guests Handle any guest complaints related to noise/disturbance Communicate all issues/incidents to Managers for the following day Understand all emergency procedures Prepare reports for the following day Assist Front Desk with remaining days duties

Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems Ability to work as part of a team Ability to work overnight Previous Night Audit or Front Desk experience a bonus, but not a requirement Valid working permit Able to work weekends and statutory holidays
