Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team.

This position involves working 2 days per week, Sunday and Monday, 8 hour shifts.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for our staff and customers.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC system inspections, filter changes, and light plumbing repairs. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues such as leaks, faulty electrical wiring, or malfunctioning equipment. Complete repair work and maintenance projects in a timely and efficient manner. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role preferred. Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance procedures. Ability to use hand and power tools effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Maintenance Technology or a related field is a plus. Availability to work 2 days per week with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
