Part Time Maintenance Person

Job Summary
We are a 161 apartment building for seniors and we are looking for a person that has some experience to help with all aspects of building maintenance but we are willing to train the right person.
Duties but not limited to;
• Painting including wall repairs
• Minor repairs in apartments and around the building like cupboards, minor plumbing and electrical, changing light bulbs, locks, heaters, air conditioners, batteries etc.
• Keeping the grounds clean and tidy
• Snow clearing
• Available for Call-Outs
• Able to cover for sickness and holidays
• You will need a vehicle and valid drivers license
• Cell phone for maintenance app
Qualifications
• High school or equivalent
• Good verbal and written communication
• Great personality
• Must work well with a team and able to work alone
• Must work well with seniors
• Criminal record check
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
