We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble meals according to established recipes and standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, cooking, and plating dishes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
Handle food with care to ensure proper hygiene and safety protocols are followed
Support serving staff by preparing ingredients or assisting with meal delivery when needed
Follow all safety procedures related to kitchen equipment and food handling
Restock supplies and ingredients as necessary to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Contribute positively to team efforts by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues during busy periods
Comfortable working independently and able to close
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a requirement
Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling best practices
Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation procedures
Experience with food industry equipment such as ovens, fryers, or prep stations is a plus
Strong understanding of customer service principles related to food presentation and quality assurance
