Job Description

We are currently seeking extra part time staff for the busy season, with the potential to stay on permanently once the busy season is over. Seasonal staff gain more hours by covering call ins and vacations as needed.

Job Summary

A part time Key Holder/Budtender is responsible for overseeing daily operations, and ensuring a great customer experience through prompt service and quality products. This role also involves maintaining store standards and acting in alignment with Sessions Cannabis guidelines.

Essential Responsibilities:

Interact with customers to make sales. Educate customers on cannabis products and safety. Uphold Sessions Cannabis values with integrity. Regularly updating your product knowledge. Maintain calm during busy or unusual events. Anticipate and address customer/store needs, communicate with management. Ensure smooth operations, including opening/closing duties and cash handling. Accurately and regularly perform inventory audits, and merchandising. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

1 year of Cannabis retail experience. 1-3 years customer service experience. Valid CannSell certification, 19+, clear background check. Knowledge of cannabis products is an asset.

Skills:

Strong communication, and interpersonal skills. Time management and self starting. Cash handling. Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Physical Requirements:

Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs. Perform tasks related to stocking and store maintenance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 25 per week
