Role Summary:
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Key Holder supports the management team in achieving sales goals while delivering a high level of customer service. This role assists the Store Manager in maintaining store operations while carrying out the Laura Secord vision.
Major Tasks:
Supports the management team in achieving sales objectives.
Consistently follows Customer Service standards.
Ensures all opening/closing procedures are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Provides honest and constructive feedback to the Manager.
Helps maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
Follows merchandising guidelines and plans.
Adheres to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve store goals.
Supports the team in delivering the company's objectives and new initiatives.
Performs other related tasks.
