PoincareQED Tutoring School is a fast growing after-school educational center for high-performing students and teachers. We are located at Markham Ontario Canada. Our after-school classes helped thousands of students in their English, French, math and science studies.

Role Description

This is a on-site part-time role with option of hybrid working days for a Teacher at PoincareQED Tutoring School located in Markham, ON. The Teacher will be responsible for delivering an enriching and engaging learning experience to students of all ages and levels. Daily tasks include preparing and delivering lessons, providing students with feedback and extra help as needed, and keeping parents informed of their children's progress. The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Must have previous experience with AP Psychology Preferably familiar with the AP Psychology curricula, preferably also familiar with other social study subjects Master or PhD degree in a related field Ontario Teaching Certification I/S divisions or equivalent is preferred Experience teaching high school students (please specify the subjects and Grade of students you taught before in your resume), focusing on help students get 5 in AP exams Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organization, planning, and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Passion for teaching and commitment to student success Experience with educational technology
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
