The Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Calgary Airport is looking for a Part-time Guest Service Agent.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of each and every guest committing to the highest quality of standards to guarantee guest loyalty.
• Registers, process guest's arrivals, departures and taking required payment.
• Managing guest's profiles on a daily basis and coordinate room assignments and pre-arrivals.
• Required to answer and take reservations over the telephone in a professional manner.
• Arranges fulfillment of customer service by working closely with other department.
• Stays current with development in the hotel by reviewing and updating the log book.
• Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Weekend availability is a must.
• Ability to work mornings, afternoon, evening, weekends and holidays.

• Self-starter, punctual, energetic and has the ability to work under pressure.
• Competent computer skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Communicates effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Possess class 5 driver license.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Previous experience in hotels is an asset.
• Remuneration based on experience.
