Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a strong background in various subjects, including English , French. This role involves providing personalized instruction to students, helping them achieve their academic goals while fostering a love for learning.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs. Develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methods and materials. Assess student progress and adapt instructional strategies accordingly. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence. Communicate effectively with students and their families about progress and areas for improvement. Utilize technology and educational resources to enhance learning experiences. Assist students in developing study skills, organizational skills, and effective writing techniques.

Qualifications

Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred. Proficiency in one or more languages such as Spanish, French is highly desirable. Strong command of the English language with the ability to educate students effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to create a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere. A passion for teaching and helping students succeed academically. Previous tutoring experience is a plus but not required.
