Key Job Accountabilities:
Support the Store Management team in driving sales and profit through excellent customer service
Maintain the visual presentation of the store, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked
Engage with customers and make product recommendations based on their specific needs
Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales targets
Stay up to date on product knowledge, current promotions, and store policies
Skills/Competencies:
Interest and ability to connect with customers to drive engagement
Understanding of sales and customer service practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours per shift)
Ability to lift and move products up to 25 lbs
* Frequent reaching, bending, crouching as required
