Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
Serve food to customers efficiently and courteously
Handle food with proper safety and sanitation procedures
Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas throughout shifts
Follow food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure quality
Manage food inventory, restocking supplies as needed
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences
Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and cooking techniques
Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices
Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and teamwork-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
Passion for the food industry and a desire to learn new culinary skills
