Job Description

Side Hustle Snack Bar, a busy restaurant in Downtown Dartmouth, is on the hunt for another great cook to complete the team. Excellent above average tips (competitive wage), staff meals, and a stellar crew to work alongside. At least two years of experience working the line in a busy (non fast food) kitchen is a requirement. Culinary school completion is an asset, though not necessary. We are big on work life balance so no twelve hour shifts here. This position is part time (approximately 2+ shifts per week including weekends) with the possibility of a set schedule.

Job Duties:

Prepare, season and cook food as directed Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes Maintain open respectful communication with the entire staff
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
