-Prepare menu, then supply grocery list for grocery order to head cook.
-Prepare 3 meals a day for up to 30 people.
-A kitchen helper is employed to work with you to prep food, serve and clean kitchen for groups over 15 people.
-It is approximately 1 week a month - May to September.
-May involve working weekends.
-Pay is per day, not hourly.
-Meals and accommodations are included.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and meal planning is essential.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures is required.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
