Responsibilities and Duties:



Customer Service:

Provide efficient and courteous service to clients on all aspects of our real estate offerings.

Client Communication:

Field incoming calls, respond to client inquiries, and maintain client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction.

Property Management:

Manage property listings, handle inquiries, and process transactions accurately and efficiently.

Sales Support:

Collaborate with real estate brokers to expedite and enhance property sales activities.

Scheduling:

Assist in scheduling real estate showings, open houses, and client meetings to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:



Experience:

Minimum of 1 years in a customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.

Communication Skills:

Demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on clarity and empathy.

Multitasking & Time Management:

Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using CRM software and the MS Office suite.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
