SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Breakfast Attendant will provide customer service, guest satisfaction and a quality work environment. It is the responsibility of the Breakfast Attendant to efficiently handle the breakfast service and meet the brand standards of Hilton Hospitality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To provide friendly, efficient hot buffet breakfast service. Prepare and arrange food that are attractive and appetizing to the guests Inspect food being served. Meet service standards. Inspect to ensure stock is adequate before beginning operation. Replace and rotate stock correctly. Keep condiments stocked. Full knowledge of served items and methods of preparation as needed. Works within policy to accommodate guest's special requests. To keep all work areas clean and clean dining areas as required using proper sanitation program. To report any irregularities or comments from our guests to management. To acknowledge and create a warm welcome to all guests To consistently exceed guest expectations. To ensure surrounding staff are working safely. Product knowledge of food will be helpful. Attributes such as being polite, courteous, and working effectively in a team environment are a must. Be familiar with hotel services offered Attend any training sessions or meetings (when asked) Other duties may be assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma is preferred Ability to work with food and hot dishes Carries 'Food Safety Handling' card is a plus Ability to follow instructions and be detail-oriented Work independently and as a team member Professional and friendly with all guests. Ability to achieve guest satisfaction STATUS: Must be resident of Canada -must be currently living in Canada and be ready to provide proof of eligibility to Work in Canada or be a Canadian Citizen).

Pay: $17.20 per hour
