Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional breakfast experience for our guests. This position requires a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items, ensuring cleanliness, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food items, utensils, and beverages. Ensure all food is presented attractively and is at the appropriate temperature. Monitor food supplies and replenish as necessary throughout the breakfast service. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas by following proper sanitation procedures. Assist guests with their breakfast needs, providing exceptional customer service. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system. Follow food handling and preparation guidelines to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic cash handling experience is desirable. Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work early morning shifts as required. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Experience with kitchen equipment and meal preparation techniques is a plus.
