Job Description

We are looking for a part-time bookkeeper who will be responsible for inputting data into accounting software(SAJE). The responsibilities also include calculating reconciliations of accounts and preparing yearly Audits. The role will also include completing the bi-weekly payroll of providers and staff. They will oversee the organization's financial viability through budget management in fee collection, invoicing, purchase of services, monthly childcare, fees, balancing revenue and expenditures, and managing accounts receivable and accounts payable reporting guidelines. They will prepare and maintain complete accurate financial records, including accounts payable, fee statements, receipts, bank statements, bank deposits and to adhere to the policies and procedures to deal with clients who are in arrears, paying late fees, etc. The bookeeper will complete all financial documentation required by funding bodies with the Director of the agency and ensure timely payments of all Accounts Payable. Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week Salary: $1,000.00-$1,500.00 per week Flexible Language Requirement:
