Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes. Decorate cakes with artistic designs while adhering to customer specifications. Assist in food preparation tasks, including mixing ingredients and preparing fillings. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Package baked goods for sale or delivery while ensuring quality presentation. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service delivery. Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of all products.

Requirements

Proven experience in cake decorating is highly desirable. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, with a strong understanding of food preparation techniques. Knowledge of baking methods and food safety practices is essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Familiarity with food handling regulations within the food industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $15.80-$20.00 per hour
