Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and will be comfortable working with patients of all ages. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, focusing on patient-centered care while utilizing advanced dental technologies. This opportunity will be Part Time Thursday-Friday each week.

Duties

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental services, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals. Utilize dental software systems such as Dentrix for patient management and record keeping. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure optimal patient care and workflow efficiency. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with health regulations. Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry, including CAD technology.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution. Valid provincial dental license to practice dentistry. Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating professionalism.
