Part Time Assistant Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, creating and monitoring budgets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, a strong understanding of the food service industry, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Maintain records of staff performance and attendance.
  • Train new staff members in restaurant policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that customer service standards are met.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and profits.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $29.65-$35.39 per hour Benefits:
