Job Description
Our company is seeking a hard-working and dependable Assistant Manager with a minimum of two years\' experience. The Assistant Manager will help to ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly, that staff members are properly trained, and that customers are continually satisfied. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a management role, have strong leadership skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage employees and be familiar with company policies.
- Become a master at the fundamentals of the job and know the ins and outs of the product line.
- Help provide training for new hires and be willing to learn new skills so you can support the department.
