We are looking for an Assistant Manager with a background in sales, marketing and customer service. The ideal candidate will have the ability to take charge and explain company policies to customers and employees, as well as the competence to reliably solve customer issues. The Assistant Manager should also be confident working in a fast-paced store environment, and must be able to work under pressure. Responsibilities:
Monitor and control the flow of inventory.
Coordinate with staff to ensure the store is operating at peak efficiency.
Manage staff schedules and delegate tasks to ensure that they are completed in a timely manner.
Manage customer relations.
Resolve customer complaints.
Assist in creating a safe work environment for employees.
Coordinate with store management staff to ensure that the store is operating at peak efficiency.
