We are seeking an Assistant Manager with a demonstrated track record of success. The ideal candidate is a positive and motivated self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We are looking for someone who can work independently to manage daily operations and ensure our clients receive the best possible service. The Assistant Manager will oversee all daily operations to help ensure that all company standards are met and that all team members are performing their responsibilities. They will also assist the Store Manager with recruitment and interviewing and be responsible for creating training programs for new hires. Responsibilities:
Monitor the performance of the store.
Supervise staff members.
Schedule staff members.
Coordinate orders with supply chain.
Oversee the cleanliness of the store.
Order and restock inventory items.
