About the Role:

This is an in-person, part-time role under the Venture for Canada Internship Program. You'll work closely with the CEO and support day-to-day business operations, marketing, and logistics. The role requires adaptability, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities:

Support the CEO with day-to-day business priorities. Take ownership of small projects and follow through independently. Adapt quickly to changing needs and shifting priorities. Maintain organized systems for communication, scheduling, and tasks. Be the extra set of hands that keeps things moving forward.

Requirements:

Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative. Familiarity with HubSpot or willingness to learn. Valid driver's license and access to a car. Based in Calgary and available for in-person work. Must meet VFC Internship program requirements

Schedule:

Part-time (approx. 15-20 hours/week) On-site

Compensation:

$18-$30 per hour DOE
