Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for appliances.
Help the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet individual and team goals.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert guidance on appliance products.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure a well-curated and competitive product selection.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Implement effective sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to optimize sales performance.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experience
Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends
Experience
Previous experience in retail appliance sales is required.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory
Must be available to work on Saturday's.
