The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and versatile

Part-Time Sales & Operations Associate

to join our dynamic team. This is not a desk job! You will be at the heart of our operations, playing a crucial role in both sales and daily logistics. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales & Customer Service:

Greet customers, identify their needs, and confidently recommend the perfect value-priced appliance solutions.

Support Daily Operations:

Generate invoices, maintain organized records, and ensure the sales office is clean and efficient.

Coordinate Logistics:

Act as the primary contact for delivery partners and internal team members to ensure seamless operations.

Manage Showroom & Inventory:

Safely move and organize display appliances using provided equipment (e.g., dollies) and perform regular checks of warehouse inventory levels.

What We're Looking For:

A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people. A reliable self-starter who is punctual and takes initiative. The physical capability to move appliances safely using team lift techniques and equipment. Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software (Word, Excel). A valid Class 5 Driver's License.

A bonus if you have:

Previous experience in retail, sales, or a warehouse environment.

Schedule & Compensation:

Hours:

Up to 36 hours per week. Shifts are scheduled between 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (specific days to be discussed during the interview).

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience.
