Villa Marconi Centre is seeking a Part-Time Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented individual with accounting experience to contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office organization and administration
Manage cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks using management/accounting software
Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial procedures
Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed
Qualifications:
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial management systems
Proficiency in accounting or management software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or equivalent)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous administrative or bookkeeping experience required
Preferred:
Retired accounting or finance professionals are strongly encouraged to apply
Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or community-based organizations is an asset
Hours: Part-time, flexible schedule
