Job Description

Relief Restorations is seeking a professional and motivated Accounts Manager to support our business development and client relations efforts across Winnipeg and surrounding communities. This part-time role offers 9 to 12 hours per week with flexible scheduling, some remote work, and some local outreach. The ideal candidate is organized, very confident on the phone and in person, and committed to building strong relationships within the insurance, contracting, property management, and business communities.

About the Position
The Accounts Manager will represent Relief Restorations and help strengthen our presence in the local market. Responsibilities include outbound and inbound calls, relationship building with industry partners, supporting customer relations, conducting some on-site visits, and assisting with strategic outreach initiatives. This role plays an important part in expanding awareness of our services and maintaining strong community and client connections.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outreach to insurance agents, brokers, property managers, contractors, real estate professionals, and local businesses Maintain an active sales pipeline and document lead progress Complete follow-up calls, seasonal outreach, and relationship management activities Attend in-person training and participate in monthly meetings Complete some in-person visits within Winnipeg, including relationship visits, tradeshows, and occasional site check-ins Prepare weekly reports summarizing outreach activity, leads, meetings booked, and opportunities identified Support the management team in planning outreach initiatives and identifying market opportunities
Qualifications

Must reside in Winnipeg, Manitoba or a surrounding community Excellent communication, professionalism, and people skills Comfortable with outbound calling, relationship building, and sales-focused tasks Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Valid driver's license and access to transportation for local visits Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management required Experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, and Microsoft office (work, excel) considered an asset Knowledge of the restoration or construction industry considered an asset
Compensation and Tools Provided

$21 - 25 per hour plus performance-based bonuses Mileage reimbursement for approved travel Company-provided laptop Use of personal mobile phone (company phone number provided for inbound/outbound calls) Flexible scheduling
