What Would You Be Doing?

• Log all parked vehicles in the various parkades
• Manually enter any and all license plates the LPI cameras do not capture
• Answer general inquiries (i.e.: rates, garage heights)
• Communicate directly and empathetically to alleviate time-sensitive passengers/customer's inquiries
• Be observant and vigilant when driving around the parkades to detect parking or property crimes
• Be observant and vigilant when driving around the parkades to assist airport security for possible potential breach of public safety

What Are We Looking For?

• Must have a valid Class 5 Alberta drivers license and clean abstract
• Able to work Monday - Friday 11:00pm to 7:30am

• Strong command of the English language.
• Ability to understand, meet, and exceed passenger/customer needs
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to take charge of situations and use good judgment
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and comfortably identify and troubleshoot technical issues
• Able to work in all weather conditions
