About the Role

With ongoing construction on Westmorland Street, Gusto is seeking

two friendly and reliable Parking Lot Attendants

to assist guests with parking and guide them safely to our front entrance. This is a

short-term seasonal position

ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with the public and being outdoors.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude. Direct vehicles efficiently to available parking areas. Provide clear directions to guests navigating around construction zones. Ensure guest safety and accessibility from the parking area to the restaurant entrance. Monitor parking activity and maintain an organized, professional appearance in the lot. Communicate with the management team regarding any parking or guest concerns.

Requirements

Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused demeanor. Dependable and punctual with strong communication skills. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to stand and move for the duration of the shift. Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an asset but not required.

Compensation & Details

Hourly rate: Competitive (to be discussed during interview). Uniform and safety gear provided. Rotating schedule to ensure coverage 7 days a week. Opportunity to extend if construction continues or additional needs arise.
