Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer and parking lot attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a keen eye for detail, along with strong customer service skills and some mechanical knowledge.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, and polishing surfaces. Park vehicles including 5 ton trucks, 3 ton trucks, cube truck, luxury SUVs, and several other vehicles in our parking lot. Ensure all windows are cleaned and free of streaks or smudges, maintaining high standards of visibility. Utilize appropriate cleaning products and techniques to effectively remove dirt, stains, and debris from various surfaces. Conduct inspections of vehicles before and after detailing to ensure quality standards are met. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met throughout the detailing process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist with additional tasks as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in automotive detailing or car wash services is preferred but not required. Customer service experience is essential; ability to communicate effectively with clients is crucial. A valid driver's license is required for moving vehicles as necessary. Basic mechanic knowledge is a great asset for this position.

Pay: $17.25-$18.25 per hour
