Duties

Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance with parking their vehicles. Manage the flow of traffic in the parking area to ensure safety and efficiency. Handle cash transactions for parking fees, ensuring accuracy in cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area. Assist guests with inquiries regarding parking policies, directions, and local attractions. Communicate effectively with team members and guests to enhance the overall experience. Monitor parked vehicles for security purposes and report any suspicious activity. Provide support during busy periods to ensure quick and efficient service.

Requirements

Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus to assist diverse clientele effectively. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. A background in hospitality or dealership environments is advantageous but not mandatory. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. A valid driver's license is required for operating vehicles safely within the premises.
