Accident Benefit Licensed Paralegal
Looking for a motivated Paralegal with 1+ years of experience to join our team in the Bayview/Sheppard Area. This role is vital in supporting our firm's commitment to client success and efficient case management. Responsibilities.
Follow up with clients, lawyers, and clerks during the due diligence process.
Assist with document review and preparation for court filings.
Maintain accurate records and manage case-related documentation.
Handle OCF forms and ensure compliance with the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS).
Qualifications
'Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Paralegal in a personal injury law firm
Licensed Paralegal (P1), in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario; Knowledge of Accident Benefits, SABS, and tort claim principles. Excellent written, drafting, and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
