- Licensed Paralegal (Entry-Level)

We are seeking a Licensed Paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who has experience with Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) and Small Claims Court matters, including trial preparation and attendance.

This is an entry-level position suited for someone looking to continue gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic paralegal practice while also performing field-related duties.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with LTB and Small Claims Court files, including document preparation and filing. Serve legal documents and notarize affidavits Liaise with clients, providing updates and maintaining professional communication. Schedule hearings, client meetings, and process serving tasks. Pick up and deliver documents to courts, clients, and government offices as assigned. Maintain organized records of documents served and received. Handle all information with strict confidentiality and professionalism. Manage other subcontractors and employees

Requirements/Skills

Licensed Paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO). Experience with LTB and Small Claims Court proceedings. Trial experience is an asset. Serving of legal documents Strong phone etiquette for client interactions and communications. Must have a car and a valid Ontario driver's license. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform well under pressure. Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional in conduct Proficiency in legal research tools Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence. Strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all written materials. Must be willing to drive around GTA
