Our client, a leading regional firm with offices in Calgary and Edmonton, is seeking a Debt Recovery and Foreclosure Paralegal for their Edmonton office. You'll manage debt collection across multiple practices. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in the Alberta Rules of Court, Civil Enforcement Act, Personal Property Securities Act, Law of Property Act, and Condominium Property Act.
