Key Responsibilities:

• Represent landlords in Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) matters, including preparation, legal advice, and representation at hearings.
• Act as a property manager for your assigned region, offering professional property management services.
• Manage client cases efficiently and provide expert guidance on landlord-tenant issues.
• Build and nurture relationships with landlords, growing your clientele using our systems and leads.

Qualifications:

• Licensed paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• Experience with Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) matters.
• Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping landlords succeed.
• Knowledge of Ontario landlord-tenant laws and property management practices.
