Apercu du poste :
Nous recherchons un(e) parajuriste rigoureux(se) et organise(e) pour se joindre a l'equipe de droit des affaires. La personne selectionnee sera responsable de la tenue des livres corporatifs, du suivi avec la clientele et de l'appui aux professionnels juridiques pour diverses taches administratives et juridiques liees a la gestion corporative.

Responsabilites principales :
Tenir a jour les livres de proces-verbaux et les dossiers corporatifs
Communiquer directement avec les clients pour les documents corporatifs
Effectuer la verification diligente et rediger des rapports sur les entites corporatives
Rediger les documents lies aux procedures annuelles, dividendes, rachats et regularisations
Faire des recherches et depots aupres du Registraire des entreprises du Quebec et de Corporations Canada
Participer a l'ouverture des dossiers, a la numerisation et a la facturation
Classer et organiser les documents signes dans les livres de societes

Qualifications :
Exigees :
DEC en Techniques juridiques ou formation equivalente
Minimum de 3 ans d'experience en tant que parajuriste ou adjoint(e) juridique (dont au moins 1 an en droit corporatif)
Excellente organisation et gestion des priorites
Habiletes en service a la clientele et en communication
Connaissance approfondie des exigences de depots corporatifs au Quebec et au federal
Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
Bilingue (francais/anglais)
Atouts :

Role Overview:
We're looking for a detail-oriented
corporate paralegal
to join the firm's business law team. This person will handle corporate records, communicate directly with clients, and support legal professionals with various administrative and legal tasks related to corporate maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update corporate minute books and records
Liaise directly with clients regarding corporate documentation
Conduct due diligence and prepare reports on corporate entities
Draft documentation related to annual maintenance, dividends, redemptions, and rectifications
Research and file with Quebec's business registry and Corporations Canada
Assist with file openings, document scanning, and billing
Support in organizing and filing signed documents in corporate books
Qualifications:
Required:
DEC in Paralegal Technology or equivalent legal studies
Minimum 3 year of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant (Minimum 1 year in corporate law)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong client service and communication abilities
Solid knowledge of Quebec and federal corporate filing requirements
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)

Preferred:
Experience working in a boutique or mid-sized law firm
