We're looking for a motivated and reliable
Panel Saw Operator / Woodshop Technician
to join our growing woodshop team! This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working independently, operating a panel saw and sliding table saw, and contributing to a busy, productive shop. With a high volume of projects coming in, you'll be at the heart of our shop's production process.What You'll Do:
Operate panel saws and sliding table saws safely and efficiently Read and follow cut lists, shop drawings, and measurements Break down sheet goods accurately and consistently Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Assist with general shop tasks as needed Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of experience operating a panel saw or sliding table saw Ability to read and interpret drawings and cut lists Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable in a fast-paced shop environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Previous cabinet shop or millwork experience is a plus
